Grace period is 10 minutes, anything after is an automatic cancellation

Any cancelled or rescheduled appointments made after the 24 hour time frame will be charged 100% of the service fee

Lash Extension Policies
It is very important that you arrive with a bare face, clean lashes and no contacts. Try not to wear falsies or mascara 2 days prior to your lash appoint. This will help with retention.​
Also, I do not do foreign fill-ins so you will need to book a removal and a full set.
Your appointment can take anywhere from 2-3 hours, plan accordingly please.
Note: First time customers will receive forms prior to their appointment.
Esthetics Policies
Because I book my appointments back-to-back, it is important that you arrive on time. If you are less than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be shortened according to however many minutes you were late.
As mentioned under General Policies, if you are more than 10 minutes late it is considered a late cancellation and you will be charged the full amount.
